摘　　要：南宋社稷重臣崔与之,官至右丞相兼枢密使。在历史上,他一般以功成身退、高风亮节著称;而在他的政治生涯中,最为突出的则是其经略边防的智慧和实践。他主张积极防守的战略战术,扎扎实实地做好军事训练、物资供应和防御体系的建设,并且理性地处理好与北方民族政权及地方势力的关系,理智地利用外部势力或力量,从而应对金、夏等的进攻和袭扰,稳定南宋对北方边境地区的统治,保障边地社会的安定和百姓的安宁,也使偏安政权苟延下去。Cui yuzhi is an influential official of Southern Song dynasty who reaches the position of prime minister and the military affairs commissioner. In history, he is famous as his retiring after merit and upright character and personality; But in his political career , the most outstanding sector is his wisdom and practice on managing frontier defense. He stands for active defense strategy and tactics, working on military training, material supply and defending system step by step, and he rationally deals with the relationship between northern ethnocracy and local power, he reasonally takes advantage of external power or force to response Jin and Xia regime＇ attack and harassment, stablize the domination of the Southern Song dynasty to northern border areas, guarantee border districts＇ order and common people＇ peace, also make the feudal regime go surviving.
