摘  要:研究了一种基于边缘电场的电容式土壤含水量监测仪,设计了新型的同平面梳齿状多级电极组传感器结构,利用边缘电场的电容效应分布式测量土壤含水量。同时,分析了土壤介电特性检测的原理和方法,传感器设计原理、数学模型以及传感器处理电路。实验结果表明,该监测仪具有不破坏原土壤结构、传感器电极稳定等优点,能够动态地测量不同分布位置的土壤含水量,在低于土壤饱和含水量的范围内,土壤含水量与测量值呈线性关系,能够有效地降低传感器受土壤类型的影响,适合于地质灾害预警和农业科学生产等的监测。A capacitive soil moisture content monitoring instrument based on fringing electric field is introduced. A new type of plane with the comb - like multi - level group electrode structure are designed for these applications that use capacity effect of fringing electric field to measure the moisture content of soil. The principle and method of soil's dielectric properties detection, the principle of design sensor, mathematical models and processed circuit are analyzed. The result of experiment indicates that the monitoring instrument has the advantage of not destroying the original soil structure and maintaining the sensor electrode stability, which can dynamic measure soil moisture content of different distribution points. A nearly linear dependency is observed between moisture content and the measured sample when soil moisture content within the scope of soil saturation water content. The sensor that could effectively reduce the influence of the soil type is suited to the geological disaster early warning and the agricultural -science monitor.
