摘　　要：资金是企业生存的血液,近年来民营企业发展受到越来越紧的融资约束。运用详实数据,以河北省为例,系统分析民营企业融资结构的动态变化,旨在揭示民营企业融资现状和融资难的原因,并提出了缓解民营企业融资瓶颈的对策建议。Capital is the blood of enterprises survival, and private enterprises face more and more tight financial constraints in recent years. The paper uses detailed data to analyze dynamic change of private enterprises financing structure in Hebei aiming at reveal financing actuality and reasons of financing difficulty of private enterprise, and finally puts forward countermeasures to alleviate the financing bottleneek of private enterprise.
