摘  要:目的:对水提雪灵芝粗多糖进行分离纯化并对其结构进行了初步分析。方法:采用DEAE-Sephadex A-25纤维素离子交换柱色谱、Sephadex G-75葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱进行分级纯化;以红外色谱和气相相色谱法进行结构分析。结果:纯化得到两个回收率较高的雪灵芝多糖组分MAP1-B和MAP4-A;MAP1-B和其鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡葡糖、D-半乳糖的摩尔比分别为:0.27:0.20:0.29:1.0:0.85:0.73;0.37:0.4:0.41:1.0:0.68:0.86。结论:为雪灵芝多糖的开发应用提供了一定的科学依据。Objective: To separate and purify Arenaria kansuensis Maxim polysaccharide, and to indentify the structure. Method: The DEAE-sephadex A-25 chromatography was used, Sephadex G-75 gel chromatography to get a pure polysaccharide ; the purity was identified by infrared spectrum and gas chromatography analysis. Result: Two highest yield of pure polysaccharide components ( MAP1- B, MAP4-A) were obtained; which consisted of D-rhamnose , L-arabinose, D-xylose , L-mannose, D-glucose and D-galactose as the common components, with the ratio of D-Rha: L-Ara: D-Xyl: L-Man: D-Glu: D-Gal =0 . 27: 0.20: 0.29: 1.0: 0.85:0.73 and 0.37: 0.4: 0.41: 1. 0: 0.68:0.86 in molar ratio respectively. Conclusion: It provides a certain scientific basis for the development and application of Arenaria kansuensis Maxim polysaccharide.
