摘　　要：目的:建立测定急咳停颗粒中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(24:76),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:205 nm。结果:连翘苷在4.95～79.80μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.7%。结论:该方法能消除其他成分的干扰,方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phillrin in jiketing granules. Method： The Hypersil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 um）was used, mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （24： 76）, flow rate was 1 ml. min^-1, wavelength was 205 nm. Result： The linearity of phillrin was within the range of 4.95 - 79.80 ug. ml^- 1 （ r = 0.999 6）, and the average recovery was 100.1%, RSD = 1.7%. Conclusion： This method can eliminate the interference of other components. It is simple, sensitive and accurate, which can be available for the quality control of jiketing granules.
