摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定复方甘草片中甘草酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-2%冰乙酸(50:50);流速:1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长为254nm。结果:甘草酸含量测定的线性范围为13.94～83.64μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.85%(n=6)。结论:此方法简便,重复性好,可作为本品质量控制方法。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in compound liguoric tablets. Method： The Inertsil ODS-3 column（ 250mm × 4.6mm,5um）was used, acetonitrile-2% acetic acid（50： 50） was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^ -1 and the detection wavelength was at 254nm. Result： The linear range of the glycyrrhizic acid was 13.94 - 83.64ug. ml^-1（ r = 0. 999 8, n = 6）, the mean recovery was 98.2% and RSD was 1.85% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of compound liguoric tablets.
