摘 要:针对现有理论计算模型中存在的不足,通过实验研究,测得了标准紧凑拉伸试样加载点载荷-位移曲线.同时利用ANSYS结构分析软件建立了试样的有限元模型,计算了试样在不同载荷作用下的加载点位移,得到与实验相一致的结果.以此实验和数值计算结果修正了理论计算公式,提出了适于紧凑拉伸试样应力强度因子计算的加载点位移经验公式,为材料动态断裂韧性的研究提供了依据.In view of deficiencies in the existing theoretical model for calculating the load-displacement curve of standard compact tension specimens, the curve was measured using the experimental method. At the same time, a finite element calculating model for specimens was established using the structural analysis software ANSYS. The loading-point displacement was calculated under loads of different magnitudes, but only those consistent with loads used in the physical experiments. The theoretical formula for load-displacement was revised according to the experimental results. This resulted in a finite element calculation and an empirical formula suitable for calculating the stress intensity factor for compact tension specimens. These results should provide a basis for investigations of dynamic fracture toughness.
