高校学生党支部先进性建设的根本目标和主要途径

摘　　要：高校学生党支部作为党在青年大学生中最基层的组织,其先进性建设至关重要。为此,一定要把高校学生党支部建设成为鞭策学生党员模范带头、促进青年学生全面成长、带动学生班级团结进步的战斗堡垒。高校学生党支部要从党员群体、组织力量、支部活动三个方面来体现和保持先进性。建立高校学生党支部建设长效机制,要坚持围绕成才与服务同学相结合,找准职能定位;坚持书记领头和团队协作相结合,加强班子建设;坚持理论教育与实践锻炼相结合,开展支部活动;坚持科学前瞻与开放互动相结合,推动互动共建。The party branch of college students is the most grass-roots organization of the Party in the young university students, its construction of the advanced nature is essential. Branch of college students should be built into a model to spur student members to take the lead, promote the comprehensive growth of young students and promote unity and progress of the class. Branch of college students should reflect and maintain the advanced nature from three aspects, such as the quality of party members, strong organizational system and the holding of branch activities. To strengthen the construction of long-term mechanism of the branch of college students, we must adhere to the combination of guiding students on how to be talent and providing services for them, find out the functions of the position of branch of college students; adhere to combination of the lead secretary and teamwork to enhance team-building; adhere to theoretical education combined with practice and training to carry out activities of the branch; adhere to the scientific combination of forward-looking and open interaction and promoting an interactive build.
