摘　　要：分析高校图书馆评估的指标特点。以重庆交通大学图书馆为研究实例,重点对评估整改后为提高绩效而采取的长效措施,由表及里地进行剖析。将专家进校集中评估和日常经常性对图书馆质量监控结合起来,以后者为主,从而建立起科学的长效机制。The characteristics of the university library evaluation index were analyzed. Taking the library of Chongqing Jiaotong university as example, the long effective measures taken for improving the performance was analyzed after the evaluation and rectification from outside to inside. The experts concentrating evaluation with daily quality management of library together was combined, and a scientific long effective mechanism was establised.
