摘　　要：本文介绍了图书馆绩效评估的含义,结合平衡记分卡的特点,从财务、读者、内部流程、学习与成长四个方面,建立了图书馆的绩效评估指标体系,克服了传统评价体系的不足,大大提高了图书馆工作效率。The meaning of library performance evaluation was introduced in this paper. By combining the features of balanced scorecard, index system for library performance evaluation was constructed from four aspects： finance, reader, internal business process and learning skill. The index system in tiffs paper overcame the shortcomings of the classical evaluation system and raised the efficiency of library greatly.
