摘　　要：本文拟对DOAJ收录的医学OA期刊资源建设进行调查,包括国家或地区收录的OA期刊种数、语种、OA时间、影响因子及被国外著名索引机构、数据库和学术搜索引擎收录情况等,并对其成就与问题进行分析,希望能对国内图书馆利用OA资源有所启发,从而促进国内医学院校图书馆对OA资源的利用。This paper focused on the investigation of the resources construction of the medical OA journals, which not only included the kinds of journals, the languages being used, the time being accessed, the facts being influenced and the present situation being indexed by some famous organizations, but also analyzed the success achieved and the problems existed. The author expected this research work to be helpful for the construction and used of the OA Journals in the library of medical colleges.
