摘　　要：进入21世纪,科学技术迅猛发展使得科技创新的主导作用日益显著,随着信息资源共享的基础设施发展和数字化信息资源的体系构架的逐步形成,使文献资源的整体开发、交流,利用的深度、广度以及传播的速度正在发生革命性的变化。这为科技情报机构整合科技信息资源提供了良好的技术与资源保障,同时也给基层科技情报人员带来了如何适应这一变化的问题。Since 21 century, the fast development of science and technology makes the leading role of technological innovation. Along with the development of infrastructure of shared information and establishment of the structure of digital information, the overall development, exchange, using extent and spreading of document resource are going through a revolutionary change. It could be seemed as a technological and resource support for scientific and technologic institutes processing technological informationresource. Meanwhile, it also brings a challenge for grass - root working people of scientific and technologic information on how to face the change.
