摘 要:以液腊为分散相,span80为分散剂,乙二醇为致孔剂,采用反相悬浮法制备了羟基修饰氢键型酚醛树脂LM-3和LM-4,并与溶液缩聚法制备的酚醛树脂LM-1和LM-2进行了比较。LM-3和LM-4具有更大的比表面积、孔容和酚羟基含量;SEM表明,4种吸附树脂都具有纳米吸附高分子材料特征。选择性吸附和吸附平衡表明,对苯胺吸附量大小顺序为:LM-4>LM-3>LM-2>LM-1,与比表面积大小和酚羟基含量顺序一致;Freundlich和Langmuir方程对静态平衡吸附结果的拟合说明,LM-4对苯胺的吸附以化学吸附为主,对苯以物理吸附为主;氢键的形成使LM-4对苯胺的吸附量明显高于对苯的吸附量。Using liquid paraffin as disperse phase,span80 as dispersant,ethylene glycol as porogen,adsorbents of LM-3 and LM-4 were prepared by inverse suspension polymerization,and their performance were compared with LM-1 and LM-2 which prepared by solution polycondensation.BET surface area,pore volume and phenolic hydroxyl group content of LM-3 and LM-4 are higher than those of LM-1 and LM-2.SEM spectra indicate that four adsorbents can be regarded as nanometer polymeric adsorbent.According to adsorbent screening and equilibrium adsorption,adsorption capacity sequence for aniline is LM-4〉LM-3〉LM-2〉LM-1.This is accordant with the sequence of BET surface area and phenolic hydroxyl group content.The regression of Freundlich and Langmuir equations shows that adsorbing aniline on LM-4 in aqueous solution is mainly pushed by chemical force,while adsorbing benzene mainly depends on physical force.Owning to hydrogen-bonding,the adsorption capacity of aniline on LM-4 is distinctly higher than that of benzene.
