摘  要:制备了高填充Al2O3/EVA复合胶膜。研究了Al2O3粒径、用量及表面性质等对复合胶膜导热性、力学性能以及粘合性的影响。采用激光闪射法测定了胶膜的导热性,动态粘弹谱仪测定了其动态粘弹性,热重分析仪测定了胶膜热失重曲线,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了复合胶膜中Al2O3的分散和界面结合状态。结果表明,加入乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶膜质量80%的偶联剂改性Al2O3,可使复合胶膜导热系数提高1.2倍以上,Al2O3/EVA界面结合良好;热稳定性提高,而且胶膜具有良好粘合性和较高强韧性。Aluminium oxide/ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(Al2O3/EVA) co-film with high content of Al2O3 was prepared.The effects of particle scale and amount and surface property of Al2O3 on thermal conductivity and tensile properties and adhesion of the co-film were discussed.The laser flash analyzer and dynamic mechanical analysis were used to measure the thermal conductivity and viscoelasticity of the film.And the interface of Al2O3/EVA was observed by scan electronic microscope(SEM).The conclusion shows that,the addition of 80% Al2O3 based on the mass of EVA matrix,which is modified with coupler,have made the thermal conductivity of the co-film in excess above 1.2 times than EVA film;and the co-film has better heat stability and stronger tenacity and good adhesion.
