住院精神疾病患者攻击行为的护理评估与预警机制效果分析

摘　　要：目的对"住院精神病患者暴力攻击行为的护理评估和预警机制"的实施效果进行分析。方法在某病房实施"住院精神病患者暴力攻击行为的护理评估和预警机制",收集所发生的攻击行为情况,并与未实施病房进行对照分析。结果"实施住院精神病患者暴力攻击行为的护理评估和预警机制"病房,攻击行为的发生率降至6.98%,73.17%的攻击行为可以预测,攻击行为的再次率降至9.76%,其严重程度和损失程度均有所减轻,与未实施病房比较差异有统计学意义。结论"住院精神病患者暴力攻击行为的护理评估和预警机制"有效可行。Objective To analyze the effects of ＂nursing evaluation and pre-alarm system of aggressive behavior for hospitalized mental patients＂.Methods ＂The nursing evaluation and pre-alarm system of aggressive behavior for hospitalized mental patients＂was conducted in a sickroom.The aggressive behaviors were collected in this sickroom and compared with those of the patients in other sickrooms.Results For the patients in the conducted sickroom,the aggressive behavior probability decreases to 6.98%,and 73.17% aggressive behavior can be forecasted.The second probability decreases to 9.76%.The ponderance and loss are distinctly less than the un-conducted sickrooms.Conclusion ＂The nursing evaluation and pre-alarm system of aggressive behavior for hospitalized mental patients＂ is feasible.
