摘  要:目的探讨临床营养工作在现代医学综合治疗中的地位和作用,以及临床营养的发展方向。方法设计《医院临床营养工作状况调查表》,对四川省51所医院临床营养工作开展情况进行调查,并将调查数据进行统计分析。结果各级医院营养师配置人数均未达到相应等级标准,开展的业务项目局限,许多医院没有专职营养医师,营养专业人员严重缺乏。此外,营养科的主管部门也比较混乱,主要由各医院院领导决定。结论目前四川省多数医院临床营养工作的开展不容乐观,临床营养的归属,营养医师的工作职责以及临床营养的发展方向等问题均有待进一步规范。Objective To evaluate the status and effects of clinical nutrition in modem combined therapy and its development direction. Methods The schedule table of hospital clinical nutrition state was designed. The information of clinical nutrition was invested in 51 hospitals and the data was analyzed. Results The numbers of dietitians were not matched to the corresponding ranks of hospitals, the working range was limited. Nutrition professional staffs were famine. In addition, the problem that which branch nutritional department belonged to was confusion. Conclusion The status of clinical nutrition were not well in most hospitals in Sichuan province. There are many problems needs to be solved, such as the nature of clinical nutrition, the re- sponsibility of dietitian and the development of clinical nutrition et al.
