口服骨萎康颗粒治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察口服骨萎康颗粒治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法:将120例股骨头缺血性坏死患者随机分为2组(n=60),治疗组患者口服骨萎康颗粒,每次9g,每天2次;对照组患者口服益肾蠲痹丸,每次8g,每天3次。3个月为1个疗程,连续服用3个疗程,观察两组治疗前后患髋关节功能情况。结果:治疗后两组患髋关节功能均较治疗前改善(χ2=56.0099,P<0.0001;χ2=27.1938,P<0.0001),治疗后两组患髋关节功能比较,治疗组优于对照组(χ2=8.9135,P=0.0028)。结论:口服骨萎康颗粒治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效确切,可显著改善髋关节功能。Objective：To observe the efficacy of GUWEIKANG particles in treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head（INFH）. Methods： 120 patients of INFH were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 60）. Patients in observation group were administered with GU- WEIKANG particles 9g bid for continuous 3 courses of treatment, while those in control group were administered with YISHENJUANBI pills ,Sg tid ,3 months made up of a course. The variations of functions of hip joint of patients in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results ：The function of the hip joint was improved after treatment in two groups（ χ^2 = 56. 009 9,P 〈 0. 000 1, χ^2 = 27. 193 8,P 〈 0. 000 1 ）. The function of the hip joint of patients in observation group was better than that in control group after treatment （χ^2= 8. 913 5 ,P = 0. 002 8 ）. Conclusion ：The therapeutic effect of GUWEIKANG particles on INFH is significant.
