摘  要:基于钢筋锈蚀后钢筋及其周围混凝土的应力、应变发生变化的事实,提出了一种混凝土中钢筋腐蚀监测的新方法,即应用基于布里渊光时域分析计(BOTDA)的光纤传感技术监测钢筋混凝土结构的应变,通过应变分布的变化实现对钢筋锈蚀的监测。通过试验梁对该方法的可行性进行了验证,并对比分析了钢筋局部锈蚀对应变分布的影响,对试验梁的锈蚀位置进行了识别。结果表明,利用BOTDA系统的识别效果与荷载大小,锈蚀位置,锈蚀长度有关,荷载越大,锈蚀段长度越大,越靠近跨中,识别效果越好。因此,BOTDA光纤传感技术能够识别钢筋的锈蚀损伤,实现混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的分布式监测。Based on the fact that the stress and strain change of the rebar and its surrounding concrete after steel corrosion, a new method to monitor steel corrosion in concrete was presented, in which the optical fiber sensing system using BOTDA was applied to monitor the strain of reinforced concrete structure for monitoring steel bar corrosion according to the variation of strain distribution. The feasibility of the proposed method was illustrated by the experimental beam. A contrast analysis of the influence of partial corrosion on strain distribution was carried out and the corrosion locations were identified. Experimental result shows that identification of steel corrosion by means of BOTDA is relevant to the load size, the location and length of corrosion: the heavier the load, the greater the length of corrosion, the nearer the location to the mid-span, the more accurate the identification. Therefore BOTDA can be successfully employed to detect the corrosion damage of steel bars and achieve distributed monitoring in reinforced concrete structures.
