摘 要:为了避免传统润滑油监测方法操作复杂、成本高、监测周期长且不能达到实时性要求的缺点,采用介电常数现代物理理论和试验分析方法,探讨了润滑油的酸值、铁含量和水含量这三个关键性评价指标与润滑油介电常数的变化关系,验证了润滑油介电常数作为润滑油质量综合评价指标的可行性。另外,通过新油和在用油监测数据的对比分析,开发了可直接测量润滑油品质参数的玻璃管型电容传感器和基于谐波振荡的车载润滑油监测系统,实现了车用润滑油品质的实时监测,确保按质换油。In order to avoid the disadvantages of traditional lubricant monitoring methods such as complicated operation, high cost, long monitoring time and non-real time monitoring, by using the modem physical theory of permittivity and the method of experimental analysis, the relationship of permittivity of lubricant with acid value, iron content, moisture content which are three significant evaluation indexes of lubricant was discussed, and the feasibility of regarding permittivity as the comprehensive evaluation index was verified. Furthermore, a glass tube type capacitance sensor which could detect the quality indicator of the lubricant directly and a vehicular lubricant monitoring system based on harmonic vibration were developed by comparing and analyzing the monitoring data of new lubricant and inservice lubricant to realize real-time monitoring of lubricant' s quality and ensure lubricant replacement accordingly.
