摘　　要：【目的】了解2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血清N端骨钙素（NMID）、β胶原特殊序列（β-CTX）、甲状旁腺炎（PTH）水平的变化并探讨它们与体质量指标（BMI），空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2h血糖（2hPG），胰岛素（INS），糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）水平等的关系。【方法】检测并比较52例T2DM患者与48例健康对照者BMI、FPG、INS、HbA1C、NMID、β-CTX、PTH水平，并分析NMID、β-CTX、PTH与FPG、2hPG、HbA1C的相关关系。【结果】T2DM患者组FPG、2hPG、NMID、βCXT、PTH、HbA1C显著高于健康对照组，FINS、2hINS显著低于健康对照组，BMI无差异，T2DM患者组NMID水平与FPG、2hPG、HbA1C呈负相关，与FINS、2hFINS呈正相关，β-CTX、PTH水平与FPG、2hPG、HbA1C水平呈正相关，与FINS、2hINS呈负相关，NMID、β-CTX、PTH水平与BMI无相关关系。【结论】高血糖、低肤岛素病程延长可能是影响骨代谢、导致糖尿病骨质疏松的始发原因，NMID、β—CTX、PTH可为糖尿病骨质疏松的预防诊断与治疗提供理论依据。[Objective]To understand the changes of serum NMID, β-CTX and PTH levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients, and to explore their relationship with body mass index, blood glucose, insulin and HBA1C. [Methods]Body mass index, blood glucose, insulin, HBA1C, NMID, β-CTX and PTH in 52 T2DM patients and 48 healthy controls were measured and compared. The relationship between the levels of NMID, β-CTX, PTH and body mass index, blood glucose, insulin and HBA1C were analyzed. [Results]The levels of FPG, 2hPG, NMID, β-CTX, PTH, HBAIC in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group. FINS and 2hINS in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group, but body mass index was almost the same. The level of NMID in T2DM group was negative correlation with FPG, 2hPG and HBA1C, but it was positive correlation with FINS and 2hINS. The levels of β-CTX and PTH were negative correlation with FPG, 2hPG and HBA1C. And there was no relationship between the level of NMID, β-CTX, PTH and body mass index. [Conclusion]The extension of the course of high blood glucose and low insulin may affect bone metabolism, leading to the origin of diabetes complicating with osteoporosis. NMID,β-CTX and PTH can provide a theoretical basis for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic osteoporosis.
