摘  要:针对当前电厂主要燃用低质煤的问题,选择冷水江岩页煤灰作为基灰,分别配制MgO含量为4wt%,8wt%,12wt%,16wt%的灰样,然后依次将其置于SDAF 2000b灰熔点测试仪,测得灰样的变形温度DT、软化温度ST、半球温度HT和流动温度FT;将灰样散布在SiC质和铝质的耐火材料上,置于1250℃马弗炉煅烧20 h,冷却观察并作XRD分析.研究结果表明,基灰的熔点随MgO含量的递增先降后升,在5wt%左右灰熔点最低,结渣强度却逐步加强;SiC和铝质耐火材料对MgO的结渣性具有相近的适应性.According to the situation that most power plants fueled mainly with ravens, the Lengshui river coal ash was elected as base-ash simple, prepared ash-simple with MgO concentration of 4 %, 8 %, 12 %, 16 % respectively, and then placed them into SDAF2000b ashmelting-point instrument successively to measure the DT,ST, HT,FT. Put the ash-simple uniformly and loosely on SiC corundum and high-aluminum based refractory boards and then sintered them in a muffle for 20 h under 1 250 ℃. XRD analyses showed that ash fusion point decreased with the content of MgO increased, and the lowest point appeared in the content of 5%. However, the strength of slagging enhanced, while MgO still increased, the ash fusion point rose. SiC refractory and Aluminum base refractory have the same slagging adaptability with the same content of MgO.
