摘 要:为了检测金属构件表面的塑性变形,提出了一种基于加权光强相关系数的塑性变形识别方法.该方法利用数字图像相关方法,搜索变形后被测点的位置,然后将加权因子引入光强相关系数的计算,并以此来判断被测点是否已经进入了塑性变形阶段,最后用试验对完整的试件和带缺口的试件分别进行了弹塑性边界和塑性区域识别.研究结果表明,该方法能够准确地判断试件是否进入塑性变形阶段,并且能直观地识别出塑性区域.Digital image correlation method is developed to determinate the plastic deformation of metal specimens. In order to detect placstic deformation, a new intensity correlation coefficient with a weighting factor is proposed. This method, firstly, determines the location of the measured points after deformation by digital image correlation, and then calculates the new intensity correlation coefficient which is used to determine whether the measured points into plastic deformation stage. The technique is proved by experiments which contain complete specimens and notched specimens. The results show that the method can accurately determine the elastic-plastic boundary of the complete specimens, and can intuitively identify the plastic region of the notched specimens.
