摘　　要：随着计算机网络的迅速发展,依托网络进行策划、组织和联络的群体性事件应运而生.网络群体性事件的信息化背景,给社会管理带来了新的挑战.认真研究基于网络的群体性事件,掌握其成因、特点和规律,对我国社会的和谐发展,具有重要意义.With the rapid development of the Internet, there emerge the group events whose planning, organization and communication are based on the Internet. The network background of these events has brought challenges to social management. Therefore, to examine carefully the group events based on the Internet and then know their causes, characteristics and regular patters would be significant for the harmonious development of our society.
