摘  要:对2004年-2008年南昌高新开发区血吸虫病疫情进行调查分析,探讨今后防控对策。通过现场考察、座谈、访问、查看资料,统计分析各项防控指标。5年来该区未发生一例急感,人群发病率降至0.12%,救治了几乎所有能挽救的晚血病人,行政村的疫情层次已明显地向后推移,近2年一、二类疫情村已被取消,耕牛阳性率已降到0.73%,灭螺面积达2 267.79 hm2,压缩有螺面积276 hm2,消灭感染螺面积77 hm2。通过以控制传染源为主的综合措施,全区血防成效显著,大湖区封洲禁牧应属一个整体,要加强实行联防联控才能加速成效。We investigated on schistosomiasis endemic situation in High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Nanchang from 2004 to 2008, to explore the future prevention and control measures. Site visits, discussion, access viewing data, statistical analysis of the prevention and control indicators. None suf- fered from acute infection schistosomiasis in High-tech Development Zone in the past five years. The infection rate of resident decreased to 0.12%. Almost all patients with advanced schistosomiasis have been saved. The epidemic level of administrative villages has significantly decreased. Over the past two years,class one and class two epidemic villages have been canceled,the infection rates of cattle have dropped to 0.73%, molluscicide area has increased to 2 267.9 hm2, snail area has been reduced to 276 hm^2, the eradication of infected snail area has increased to 77 hm^2. By the comprehensive measures with controlling the infections source as predominance, the region achieved remarkable results in schistosomiasis control. The measure of "marshland isolation and farming prohibition" carfled out in Lake Marshland should be an integral;we must strengthen the implementation of joint prevention and control in order to accelerate the effectiveness of the schistosomiasis control.
