中药膏剂和搽剂生产废水处理工程设计

摘　　要：针对黄石某药业公司膏剂和搽剂生产废水的水量和水质情况,设计选用了厌氧+二级接触氧化+斜管沉淀工艺,整体工程对色度、COD、BOD5和SS的去除率分别为67.6%、93.2%、92.9%和81.2%,出水水质达到《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》中新建企业水污染物排放限值要求。Choose the combined technology of anaerobic, two-stage contact oxidation and inclinedtube settling to treat the waste water of paste and liniment from a Chinese Medicine company in Huangshi. It was shown that the removal rate of COD, BOD5 and SS exceeds 67.6% ,93.2% ,92. 9% and 81.2% respectively,and the process effluent reaches the discharging standard of water poilutants for pharmaceutical industry Chinese traditional medicine categeory.
