摘  要:测定了成年海南黑山羊的体重y及其血液中谷草转氨酶(AST,x1)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT,x2)、总蛋白(TP,x3)、白蛋白(ALB,x4)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP,x5)、总胆固醇(TC,x6)、肌酸激酶(CK,x7)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH,x8)、淀粉酶(AMY,x9)等生化指标,并运用SAS软件分析了血液生化指标与体重之间的相关性、血液生化指标对体重的直接和间接影响以及血液生化指标对体重的决定程度,最后建立了血液生化指标与体重的最优回归模型。结果表明:总胆固醇(TC)与体重呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.53896),白蛋白(ALB)与体重呈显著的正相关(P<0.05,r=0.45075),肌酸激酶(CK)与体重呈显著的负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.34465);白蛋白、谷草转氨酶对体重的直接影响最大,其通径系数都达到极显著的程度(P<0.01);成年海南黑山羊体重y与血液生化指标的回归方程为y=-0.0157+0.4657x1+0.4497x4-0.4186x6-0.4113x8。The blood biochemical indices of 39 adult Hainan Black goats and their weights were determined, and then the SAS software was used to analyze the correlation between the body weight and blood biochemical Indices, the direct and indirect effects of the blood biochemical indices on the body weight, and the contribution of the blood biochemical indices to the body weight. The best regression equation between the blood biochemical indices and body weight was then established. The results showed that there was a highly significant negative correlation (r=-0.53896, P〈0.01) between total cholesterol (TC) and body weight, a significant positive correlation (r=0.45 075, P〈0.05) between albumin (ALB) and body weight, and a significant negative correlation (r=-0.34 465, P〈0.05) between creatine kinase (CK) and body weight. Albumin and total cholesterol had the highest direct impact on the weight, and their path coefficient was significant. The regression equation of body weight and blood biochemical indices was: y=-0. 015 7+0. 465 7x1+0. 449 7x4-0. 418 6x6-0. 411 3x8.
