摘　　要：强调在加强对知识产权保护的同时特别需要警惕知识产权滥用,必须通过完善法律以对知识产权滥用进行规制。通过微软黑屏事件对我国当前的知识产权保护进行思考。Enforcement of intellectual property fights should be strengthened to protect independent innovation ability for rapid promotion of industrial structure in China. Meanwhile a vigilant attention should also be paid to the abuse of the intellectual property rights. Rules and regulations should be formulated against this abuse. The Microsoft black screen event called for a reflection on the current protection of intellectual property fights in China.
