后路短节段椎弓根系统内固定治疗胸、腰椎骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：总结后路短节段椎弓根系统内固定治疗胸、腰椎骨折的经验。方法：使用后路短节段椎弓根内固定（或加植骨）治疗胸、腰椎骨折35例。结果：术后随访10-24个月,脊柱生理弯曲、椎体前缘高度恢复理想,未见明显脊柱失稳。结论：后路短节段椎弓根内固定操作方便,固定可靠,恢复椎体高度理想,选择性后路植骨有效保证脊柱稳定,为脊髓神经功能恢复创造了有利条件。Objective：To sum up the clinical experience in treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fractures with short-segment pedicle intrumentation system.Methods：Thirty-five cases of thoraclumbar fracture were treated with short-segment pedicle intrumentation system（or plus bone grafting）.Results：All the cases were followed up for 10 to 24 months.The natural curvature of the spine and the anterior height of the vertebral bodies were recovered.No spinal destabilization was noted.Conclusions：Short-segment pedicle intrumentation system is easy to operate.The fixation is rigid,and the height of the vertebral bodies is well reconstructed.Selective bone grafting can keep the posterior column stable,supporting the recovery of the function of the spinal cord.
