摘　　要：目的观察黄精赞育胶囊对男性不育症患者顶体酶活性和精子动态学相关指标的影响。方法对32例男性不育症患者采用黄精赞育胶囊治疗,3个月为1个疗程;观察治疗前后顶体酶活性、精子动态学相关指标的变化情况。结果32例患者治疗后顶体酶活性明显增强(P<0.05),精子密度明显增加(P<0.05),精子活率和精子活力明显提高(P<0.05)。结论黄精赞育胶囊可明显提高精子顶体酶活性及精子动态学各项参数,改善精子质量。Objective To study the efficacy of ＂Huangjing Zanyu Capsule＂ in the treatment of male infertility due to abnormal acrosin. Methods Thirty-two subjects were treated with ＂Huangjing Zanyu Capsule＂ for three months; the activity of acrosin and semen dynamics were observed before and after the treatment. Results After 3-month treatments, the activity of arcrosin and semen density, survival rate and vitality were obviously improved（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Huangjing Zanyu Capsule＂ can obviously improve acrosin activity and semen quality.
