摘  要:通过室内培养试验,研究了仲丁灵对土壤中三大类微生物种群动态变化和土壤呼吸强度的影响。结果表明:仲丁灵对放线菌的影响最大,细菌次之,真菌最小,但均在试验期内恢复至对照水平。仲丁灵在低浓度和中等浓度对土壤呼吸有一定的抑制作用,但受抑制的土壤逐渐恢复,高浓度仲丁灵对土壤的抑制作用在试验期内不能恢复到对照水平,但根据危害系数法的分级方法计算,仲丁灵属于无实际毒害的农药。Effects of butralin on 3 major groups of soil microorganism population and soil respiration intensity were studied with cultivation, closed or direct absorption methods in laboratory, respectively. Results showed that the inhibition effect of butralin to aerobic microorganisms in soil was actinomyces bacteria 〉 fungi, but all aerobic microorganisms could recover to normal level as control after 28 days of butralin treatment. Soil respiration intensity was slightly inhibited by concentrations of 2 and 4 mg/kg dried soil treated with butralin, but also could gradually recover during experiment. Soil respiration intensity was inhibited with high concentration of butralin 10 mg/kg and could not recover to normal control level. But according to the calculation of toxicity harmfulness coefficient of risk assessment, butralin should belong to non-poisonous pesticide.
