贵阳市蔬菜中氟含量的测定

摘　　要：为了解贵阳市蔬菜含氟量,对市场上产自贵阳市的蔬菜进行了抽样检测,以蔬菜类绿色食品对氟的要求为背景值作为标准对其进行判定。结果表明:贵阳市蔬菜受到了不同程度的氟污染,抽取的20个蔬菜样品中,氟的检出率为100%,合格率为90%,平均氟含量为0.37 mg/kg,低于国家标准值(≤0.5 mg/kg)。氟含量不合格的蔬菜样品有皱叶莴苣(氟含量为1.00 mg/kg)、莴笋尖(氟含量为2.60 mg/kg)。The fluorine content of vegetables planted in Guiyang city were determined and evaluated according to the fluorine content standard of green vegetables. The results showed that the vegetables planted in Guiyang are polluted by fluorine to varying degrees, 20 kinds of tested vegetables samples all contain fluorine and its qualified rate reaches 90%. The average fluorine content is 0.37 mg/kg, which is lower than the national standard （0. 5 mg/kg）. The vegetables with beyond the national standard of fluorine content are curly lettuce （1.00 mg/kg） and asparagus lettuce leaf （2.60 mg/kg） respectively.
