摘　　要：我国行政问责制度建立不久,尚处于同体问责阶段。公众问责、人大问责和司法问责是异体问责的主要内容,但是,我国在这三个方面都十分薄弱。因此,加强我国行政异体问责制度建设任重而道远。本文拟对我国异体问责制度进行初步探讨,指出我国异体问责制度存在的不足之处并提出完善建议。The establishment of administrative accountability system in our country soon,And accountability is still in the consubstan- tial Accountability stage.Public accountability,people＇s congress aceountaility and judicial accountability are the allogeneic accountail- ity＇s main contents.However,these three aspects of our country are very weak.Strengthening the administrative allogeneie aecountaility system for the construction ,long way to go.This article attempts to our foreign accountability system is discussed,and points out that China foreign accountability system existence deficiency and puts forward some improvement Suggestions.
