摘　　要：结合汶川大地震灾后重建工程的实际,对灾后重建工程成本测算的意义进行结构性梳理,分析重建工程影响成本测算的显著因素,提出了适应灾后重建工程项目成本测算的方法,用以指导地震灾后重建工程的顺利实施。Combining the reality of Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction projects, this article makes analysis of the significance of the project cost of post-disaster reconstruction. Then the article analyzes some remarkable factors of projects estimates of reconstruction project. Lastly the article puts forward the suitable methods of projects estimates of reconstruction project to guide the performance of post-earthquake reconstruction oroiect.
