摘　　要：目的探讨修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损的最佳方法。方法比较32例8种不同皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的临床效果。结果修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损以足底内侧岛状皮瓣转移和足底内侧组合皮瓣转移的效果最为理想。结论足底内侧岛状皮瓣转移和足底内侧组合皮瓣转移修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损,操作简便、安全有效,外观及功能恢复最佳,具有很好的推广应用价值。Objective To investigate a preferred way to repair the calcar pedis skin and soft tissue defects. Methods The clinical outcomes of 32 cases of calcar pedis skin and soft tissue defects repair by 8 different ways were compared. Results The outcome of treatment with medial plantar island skin flap or other flaps combined with medial plantar island skin flap was the best in repairing the calcar pedis skin and soft tissue defects. Conclusion It is convenient and effective to repair the calcar pedis skin and soft tissue defects using medial plantar island skin flap or other flaps combined with medial plantar island skin flap.
