摘 要:作物抗性遗传研究可为抗性育种提供理论基础。在溧水中子黄豆×南农493-1杂交组合的244个F2∶3家系中,随机取171个F2∶3家系为材料,用150对SSR分子标记,通过JoinMap3.0软件构建了包括70对分子标记的25个连锁群;采用平均病级和综合病情指数两种指标,用Win QTL Cartographer V2.5软件的多区间作图法进行QTL定位。结果表明:大豆对大豆花叶病毒Sa株系的抗扩展平均病级和综合病情指数均有4个QTL,其中在C2-b连锁群的satt422-satt640标记间和D2-a连锁群有共同的QTL,两性状的4个和5个互作QTL可分别解释表型变异的15.14%和52.6%。这些结果为抗性性状的遗传剖析和标记辅助育种提供理论依据。The genetic analysis for resistance traits is the foundation for resistance breeding in crop. One hundred and seventy-one F2: 3 lines were randomly selected from 244 F2:3 lines derived from the cross between Lishuizhongzihuangdou and Nannong 493 - 1 and measured for resistance of soybean ( Glycine max ( L. ) Merr. ) to soybean mosaic virus (SMV) strain Sa, with two indicators including average disease degree and synthetic disease index. Among 150 SSR loci, a linkage map with twenty-five linkage groups was constructed with 70 SSR loci, covering 1 123.99 cM. Therefore, an attempt was made to detect quantitative trait loci (QTL) for the two traits above by using multiple interval mapping in the software of Win QTL Cartographer V2. 5. The results showed that 4 QTLs were detected for each of the two traits above. Among these QTLs, 2 common QTL were identified, one is between satt422 and satt640 on the linkage group C2-b and the other is on the linkage group D2-a; and a total of 4 and 5 epistatic QTLs with 15. 14% and 52. 6% of the total phenotypic variance explained were detected for the two traits above, respectively. The results presented here will enhance the understanding of the genetic basis of the resistant traits and provide a solid theoretical founda- tion for soybean marker-assisted selection.
