摘  要:选用83个玉米DH系及其亲本作为试验材料,对其植株结构性状进行了分析。结果表明,株高受中部节间长度影响最显著;穗位高主要是由基部节间长度控制;相邻节间长在发育上具有协同性。对DH系的株高、穗位高和节间长性状进行QTL定位,共检测到40个QTL,贡献率为7.98%~43.24%。每个性状检测到1~5个QTL,其中株高、穗位高和节间长检测到1个共同的QTL。The traits related to plant structure among 83 doubled haploid(DH) lines and their parents were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that maize plant height was significantly affected by the middle internode s length; the ear height was mainly controlled by the basal internode s length; there was a coordinated growth and development among the position-close internodes. The 40 QTLs were identified for the traits of plant height, ear height and internode’s length, which were responsible for 7.98%-43.24% phenotypic variation respectively. There were 1 - 5 QTLs for each trait, and a common QTL was identified for plant height, ear height and Internode's length.
