摘  要:通过对基体锌和铝、还原剂浓度、酸度以及仪器参数等条件的探讨,以六次甲基四胺的盐酸溶液为褪镀液,建立了镀锌板镀层中痕量镉的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱分析方法。研究结果表明,基体锌、还原剂浓度、酸度等条件均对镉的分析有重要影响,锌比铝有更加明显的基体效应。样品分析过程中,必须保证严格的基体匹配和溶液酸度的完全一致。在实验所确定的条件下,镉在0.001~0.2μg/mL浓度范围内呈线性,检出限为0.2μg/L。方法用于镀锌板镀层样品中痕量镉的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法的测定结果一致,相对标准偏差为6.0%(n=10)。Through the study of such conditions as the matrix zinc and aluminum, concentration of reducing reagent, solution acidity and instrument parameter and using hydrochloric acid with hexameth- ylene tetramine as the deplating agent, a new method for determination of trace cadmium in the coating of galvanized plate by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The results indicated that the factors such as the zinc matrix, the concentration of reducing reagent and the solution acidity had significant effect on the determination of cadmium, and the matrix effect of zinc was much stronger than that of aluminum. The matrix matching and solution acidity should be consistently ensured throughout the process of determination. Under the optimal conditions, the fluorescence intensity was linear with the concentration of cadmium in the range of 0. 001--0.2μg/mL, and the detection limit was 0.2 μg/L. The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of cadmium in the coating of galvanized plate. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by AAS with the RSD (n=10) of 6. 0 %.
