摘 要:综述了GB,ISO,JIS,ASTM等有关冶金材料分析方法标准的现状、特点和发展。我国冶金材料分析方法标准与ISO、JIS有一定差距,但经典化学分析方法标准有自己的特色。我国钢铁和铁矿石分析方法标准近十年来取得了很大的发展,制定了多种仪器分析方法和多个痕量成分的方法标准,其分析元素、采用方法种类多于相应的国际和国外标准。我国近年来加大了对钢铁、铁合金、铁矿石、有色金属分析方法国家标准的制修订工作的力度,积极参与ISO分析方法标准制修订工作,发挥我们的优势项目,已制定了两个ISO钢铁化学分析方法标准。另外在钢铁、铁矿石和有色金属领域,我国作为召集国正在制定多个ISO分析方法标准。文章对冶金材料分析方法标准的制修订、国际标准的采用、标准制修订管理及审定中的一些问题等提出了有益的建议。The present situation, characteristic and development of the method standards tor me analysis of metallurgical materials in GB,ISO,JIS, ASTM and so on have reviewed. For the method standards , there are some gap in GB compared with ISO and JIS , but the classical chemical analysis standards possess own characteristics itself. A great development of the method standards for the analysis of iron and steel, iron ore has been achieved in our country during the last ten years. The method standards for using various instruments and analysing multiple trace components are formulated, in which determined elements and used method category are oven more than that in the corresponding international and foreign standards. In recent years ,the formulation and revision of nation standard methods for the analysis of iron and steel, iron alloy, iron ore and non ferrous metal are strengthened in our country. We have actively taken part in the formulation and revision of analytical method standard of ISO and given our advantage projects to formulate two chemical analysis method standards for iron and steel . Besides,our country ,as a convenor of the formulation and revision of ISO method standards for the analysis of iron and steel, iron ore and non ferrous metal, is formulating several ISO analytical method standards. Finally, some useful suggestions have been put forward in this paper on the establishment and revision of metallurgical analysis standards, the adoption of international standards and the management and approval of the standard system.
