摘  要:针对充填钻孔内管道磨损导致钻孔报废的问题,调查了金川矿区充填钻孔的使用情况,根据破损报废充填钻孔的统计参数,发现充填钻孔内管道磨损的影响因素有:充填料浆特性、管道直径、钻孔偏斜率、管道材质、管道安装质量、充填倍线及钻孔级数等。探讨了充填钻孔内管道局部严重磨损的原因,提出了钻孔内管道严重磨损深度位置的确定方法以及延长充填钻孔使用寿命的措施,为深井矿山充填钻孔设计维护提供了理论依据。The use of backfill drilling holes in Jinchuan diggings was investigated in view of the problem that the abrasion of pipeline in backfill drilling holes always results in the crapping of drilling holes. Based on the statistic parameter of destructed drilling holes, it is found that the influencing factors of backfill pipelines' abrasion include the features of backfill slurry, the diameter, the deflection of backfill drilling hole, material and installation quality of pipeline in the hole, the stowing gradient and the order of drilling. The reason of partial pipelines' serious abrasion was discussed. The method to confirm the position of backfill drilling holes seriously broken and measures to extend backfill drilling hole's life were put forward. The researching results provide a theoretical basis for design and maintenance of the backfill drilling hole in deep mines.
