摘 要:为分析提升系统运行性能的影响因素,采用高30 m,管径100 mm的提升管模拟系统进行了试验研究。通过调节浸没率、注气量和浆体输送浓度等参数进行分组测试,得出了浆体输送流量、结核提升流量、扬矿效率与注气量之间的关系曲线,总结了各参数变化时系统的运行规律。同时,用试验结果验证了颗粒起动临界条件计算模型的合理性。In order to analyze influencing factors for operation performance of the pipeline air-lift system, experiments were made in a simulation system with a lifting-pipe 30 m in height and 100 mm in diameter. After a group of tests by adjusting submergence ratio, supplied air volume, concentration of the transported slurry, the relation curves among flow rate of transported slurry, lifting rate and lifting efficiency of nodules and supplied air volume were obtained, the operating law of the system has also been summarized as parameters varied. Moreover, the effectiveness of the calculation model under critical condition for particle incipient motion is verified.
