摘　　要：介绍了在摆片式双面提花大圆机上编织绞花面料的生产工艺,包括设备参数、原料、针盘三角排列方式、上机意匠图、进纱张力调试说明、编织技术要点、面料参数以及后整理技术要点等。此产品适应市场的流行趋势,为大圆机新产品开发拓宽了思路。This paper introduces the producing technology of the simulated cable fabric on the double jacquard circular knitting machine with swing pattern lever selecting mechanism,which includes the machine parameters,the employed raw materials,the dial cam arrangements,pattern grids,explanations of the feeding yarn tension adjustment,key points in knitting,fabric parameters and key points in the post finishing.This product is much popular in the market.The obtained results are good reference for the new product development of the large diameter circular knitting machine.
