摘 要:采用维氏硬度计测试分析了蠕变对预变形的Super 304H奥氏体不锈钢硬度的影响,并利用透射电镜(TEM)结合能谱分析仪对析出相的形状、大小、分布特征、晶体结构以及化学成分进行了分析。分析结果表明:Super 304H不锈钢在蠕变过程中先发生强化现象后发生软化现象,随着蠕变时间的增加,析出相逐渐增多;在蠕变过程中,Super 304H不锈钢在晶界处析出不连续的面心立方的(Cr,Fe)23C6碳化物颗粒,在晶粒内部和晶体缺陷处析出的是面心立方的NbC颗粒。Vickers hardness meter test is used to analyze the effect of creep upon the hardness of Super 304H austenitic stainless steel. Also, transmission electron microscopy in combining with energy dispersive spectrometer is employed to analyze the shapes, sizes, distribution features, crystal structures and chemical compositions of the precipitated phases. The analytical results indicate that at first, the Super 304H stainless steel was strengthening and then softening between the creep behaviors, and the precipitated carbide phase increased with an increase in the creep time. During the creep process, discontinuous face-center cube (Cr, Fe)23 C6 carbide precipitate at grain boundaries and intergranular. In addition, fec NbC is found inside grains and along crystal defects.
