摘　　要：外商直接投资是福建省出口贸易的主要力量。本文从出口商品总量、出口贸易方式、出口商品结构这3个方面来研究FDI对福建省出口贸易的具体影响,得出结论:外商直接投资促进了福建省出口贸易总量的增长,主导着福建省出口贸易方式,对出口商品结构的优化起到一定的积极作用,但是FDI在促进福建省技术进步方面的作用还有待提高。Foreign direct investment is the main promotion of export trade in Fujian. In this paper, foreign direct investment promoting export trade in Fujian is analyzed in terms of export gross, modes of trade and composition of the export commodities. It is concluded that foreign direct investment has promoted the growth of export gross, dominated modes of trade and optimized the composition of export commodities, but has not remarkably accelerated the technology progress yet in Fujian.
