摘 要:本文研究了不同应变率和应变历史对双相Cu-Al-Zn形状记忆合金的力学行为的影响。结果表明,在试验应变率0.001/s^0.1/s范围内,双相记忆合金抗拉强度Rm和断裂应变fε随应变率的增加而不变,呈现应变率不敏感性;实验结果还表明:随着加卸载次数的增加,弹性模量逐渐降低,经过一次较高应力的卸载之后,再次加载时应力应变曲线上伪弹性转变点被淡化。The influence of strain rate and strain history on mechanical behaviors was investigated for Cu-Al-Zn shape memory alloy of β+α two phases. It has been found that the alloy is insensitive to strain rate within the test strain rates range from 0.001/s to 0. 1/s. Both tensile strength and fracture strain level do not change with the increase of stain rate. The experimental results also show that the elastic modulus of β+α two phases alloy gradually decreases with the increase of loading and unloading cycles. The pseudo-elasticity transformation point in stress strain curve is weakened when reloading after a high stress loading and unloading.
