警察违法犯罪风险评估方法研究

摘　　要：警察违法犯罪行为主体上的特殊性,决定了它具有极大的社会危害性。警察违法犯罪既有警察人格因素导致的内在风险,也有制度因素、社会因素、工作因素、婚姻家庭等造成的外在风险。建立一套风险评估指标体系,运用专家绝对评分法的风险评估方法,结合警察违法犯罪风险的单项指标、风险水平折线图和警察违法犯罪风险四分图等,对警察违法犯罪风险进行评估。The particularity of the main body of the police＇s illegal activities and crime, has decided its enormous social hazardous nature. The illegal activities and crime of police has the inherent risk which caused by the police personality factor, also has the system factor, the social factor, the job factor, the conjugal family and so on external risk which creates. To establish a set of risk assessment indicator system, utilize the risk assessment method with expert absolute grades appraisal, unify the single item target of the risk, the risk horizontal line chart and four detail drawings of the risk, and so on, and carry on the appraisal to the risk.
