摘　　要：文章阐述了SWOT分析法的涵义,分析了当前南通市中小企业发展物流的优势、劣势、机会和挑战,为南通市中小企业进一步制定物流发展战略提供一定的理论依据。Based on SWOT analysis on the logistics development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Nantong, the paper describes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Nantong SMEs’logistics development, and provides the theoretical foundation to Nantong SMEs to further formulate their logistics development strategies.
