摘 要:目的探讨哪些生物应力对钢板固定的骨折断端微动影响较大。方法用自制模拟试验台对重应力、承重应力、屈曲应力、旋转应力进行测试。结果承重应力、屈曲应力、旋转应力对钢板固定的骨折断端产生较大微动。结论临床应对不同的钢板提供钢板的安全载荷,将钢板的微动控制在安全范围,避免产生骨折迟愈合或断钉断板现象。Objective To discuss which kind of biological stress have greater impact on the jiggle of the armor plate fixed fracture broken end. Methods To use home-made simulation test-bed to test the heavy stress, bearing stress, buckling stress, rotation stress. Results The load-bearing stress, buckling stress, rotation stress have greater impact on the jiggle of the armor plate fixed fracture broken end. Conclusion In clinic we should provide the safe load of different the armor plate to control the jiggle of the armor plate in a safe range and avoid the phenomenon of late fracture healing or broken nails and broken boards.
