摘 要:采用DSC研究了微晶态与熔融态的4,4′-二氨基二环己基甲烷基尼龙(PA PACM12)的结晶及熔融行为.在425441 K等温结晶1 h,微晶态的PA PACM12低温熔融峰的峰值温度(T1m)从447.2 K逐渐升高到466.1 K,高温熔融峰的峰值温度(T2m)不变.在441 K等温结晶1144 h,T1m从457.3 K逐渐增加到514.7 K,T2m不变.在473489 K熔体等温结晶1 h后,PA PACM12的T1m从493.6 K升高到508.9 K,T2m从522.1 K升至526.6 K;在468 K等温结晶1144 h后,T1m从490.3 K升高至515.6 K,T2m不变.WAXD结果表明微晶态的PA PACM12为α晶型晶体.Isothermal crystallization and melting behaviors of poly(4,4′-aminocyclohexyl methylene dodecane-dicarboxylamide),as a novel cycloaliphatic microcrystalline polyamide(named PA PACM12),were investigated by mean of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Multiple melting peaks were observed for microcrystalline PA PACM12 after crystallized at the temperature range from 425 to 441 K for 60min.The temperatures of low melting peaks(T1m) of microcrystalline PA PACM12 shifted to high temperature with the increasing of isothermal temperatures,and exhibited a maximum value at 466.1 K.While the temperatures of high melting peaks(T2m) were almost constant with the value of about 522 K.The values of T1m gradually increased with isothermal crystallization time at 441 K for various time,and shifted to T2m,which was about 523 K.By the melt crystallization of samples,the T1m and T2m increased from 493.6 to 508.9 K and 522.1 to 526.6 K at the crystallization temperature range from 473 K to 489 K for 60min,respectively.Meanwhile,the T1m(490.3 K) shifted to high temperature at 515.6 K during various crystallization periods.The α-form structure crystals of microcrystalline PA PACM12 were established by wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD).
