摘 要:以Al、Cu、Sn以及Bi2O3粉体为原料,通过球磨改变其形貌和粒径,并以聚氨酯(PU)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为粘合剂,制备成复合涂层,研究了填料形貌对填料粉体本身以及复合涂层的红外发射率的影响.实验结果表明:不同填料经过球磨后形貌和发射率发生了不同的变化,填料形貌对涂层红外发射率的影响与对粉体本身的影响不尽相同,当填料形貌有利于增强其与粘合剂间的结合状况和成膜性能时,涂层的红外发射率明显降低,甚至低于填料和粘合剂本身的发射率.The particle figure and size of Al,Cu,Sn and Bi2O3 powders was changed through milling.With polyurethane(PU) and ternary polyethylene-co-propylene rubber(EPDM) as the binders,the coatings were prepared and the influences of pigments on the infrared emissivity of the pigments themselves and the coatings were studied.The results indicated that the particle figure and size of all pigments changed obviously by milling and its infrared emissivity was influenced respectively.In the coatings,the effect of pigment figure and size on the infrared emissivity was quite different from the influence on pigments themselves.When the figure and size of the pigments were propitious to the combination with the binder and the membrane-making,the infrared emittance of the coatings could be reduced effectively.
