摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床应用。方法:回顾分析2009年5月11日至6月9日为12例患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:7例行胆囊切除术,5例行阑尾切除术均获成功,术后患者康复快,疗效满意。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术及阑尾切除术安全可行,具有瘢痕少等优点,比传统LC更微创。随着经腹壁造孔设备及手术器械的进一步完善和操作方法的改进,有条件的医院可在慎重选择病例的基础上开展此术式。Objective：To discuss the clinical application of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecysteetomy and appendectomy. Methods ：The clinical data of 12 patients with gallbladder and appendix diseases undergoing transumbilical single port laparoscopie surgery from 2009-05-11 to 2009-06-09 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：All the operations were successfully performed. Seven patients underwent cholecystectomy and five patients accepted appendectomy. After the operation,all the patients recovered well and therapeutic effect was satisfying. Conclusions：Transumbilical single port laparoscopic eholccysteetomy and appendectomy is safe and feasible. It has the advantages of rapid recovery, short hospitalization and improved cosmetic effect, is more minimally invasive than ordinary LC. With development of single port devices and operative technique, this surgery can be applied in qualified hospital with strict indication.
